By participating in the Summer Splash Contest organized by Spotify, you agree to these terms and conditions. The Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and legal residents of Canada. Employees and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible. The Contest runs from Thu, Jun 20, 2024 – Sun, Sep 22, 2024. To enter, participants must follow instructions as listed, with a limit of one entry per person. Prizes are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners will be selected on Mon, Sep 23, 2024 and notified via Email and Phone within 5 business days. By entering, you grant Spotify the right to use your name and entry for promotional purposes. Spotify reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms and is not responsible for any technical issues. These terms are governed by the contest laws of Canada, and Spotify may modify them at any time. For questions, contact us at help@spotify.com.
